Turks use copper for everything, presumably in light of the fact that it looks so great (especially the white copper). Tea servers with triangular handles pass you by endless times each day; the wide copper platters that twofold as tables speak to ordinary Turkish style. Those glossy white bowls you see in a hamam are copper, as well. At the best costs and choice, head to Çadircilar Caddesi, close to the Grand Bazaar, or Bakircilar Çarsisi, close to the stronghold in Ankara.
